Battery Filler DC-800

Main advantages of our DC-800:

• The electrolyte is no longer diluted, because the cells are only filled up to the correct level and no liquid is removed from the cells.
• The added water volume per cell is saved on a USB stick which reduces the time for the documentation according to the CMM.
• The data on the USB stick can be processed digitally thus enabling a paperless test report.
• In contrast to other electronical devices the DC-800 operates without any connections (power- and water supply).

According to the manuals of all battery manufactures the added water volume during the adjustments of the electrolyte-level must be documented on the test report. Our DC-800 is the first device to meet this requirement by documenting the added water per cell on a USB-Stick. The data from this stick can be easily copied into a test report file.
